    Melissa Prantzalos joined our team at Schneiderman & Sherman, PC and hit the ground running right before the holidays! We are thrilled to have her join SSPC as the new Managing Attorney for its Litigation & Asset Recovery departments. As the new Managing Attorney, Melissa will oversee all aspects of the Litigation and Asset Recovery departments, including case management, client relations, team development, and strategic planning. With 15 years of extensive experience in creditor's rights, title and default servicing, foreclosures, asset recovery, and collections for both consumer and commercial cases, she brings a wealth of expertise to SSPC. We are excited to welcome Melissa to our expanding management team and have already seen the benefits of her leadership skills, legal analysis and ingenuity at our firm. Melissa will be a huge asset in our expanding collections practice, bringing multi-state expertise to our firm.

  • Schneiderman & Sherman, PC is absolutely thrilled to welcome Christopher Phillips and Lindsay Niehaus to the team! Cris, licensed to practice law in both Ohio and Kentucky, joins the firm as Senior Managing Attorney and Partner in the Judicial Division. He understands that effective legal solutions must be both cost-efficient and timely, and he is committed to building strong relationships with clients to deliver prompt, personalized service. Cris is known throughout the industry for his extensive experience in residential and commercial foreclosures and is a recognized lecturer on Real Estate Law and Foreclosure issues. In addition to his Legal Career, Cris enjoys spending quality time with his family and pursuing his hobbies, which include coaching baseball, following his favorite sports teams, and listening to music. Lindsay, licensed to practice law in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky, joins the firm as the Foreclosure Managing Attorney and Partner in the newly formed Judicial Division of SSPC, bringing with her not only a wealth of end-to-end default legal experience, but also a unique background in operations, compliance, corporate counsel, and executive leadership. Lindsay is a graduate of Salmon P. Chase College of Law and holds an MBA from Northern Kentucky University, and an undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland where she was a Varsity Athlete. In addition to her legal career, Lindsay is a devoted mother of two girls. She enjoys embarking on new adventures with her family and maintaining an active lifestyle through workouts and running.     We at Schneiderman & Sherman, PC are so thrilled to announce our expansion into Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana, bringing our total state operations to five, including Michigan and Minnesota. Congratulations to our entire Team that have been working behind the scenes for months on our new operations in preparation for today's announcement! We are also so excited to announce the addition of two accomplished attorneys, Christopher Phillips (Cris) and Lindsay Niehaus, to our team of skilled professionals. Both will play pivotal roles in the firm’s newly established Judicial Division, bringing a wealth of legal experience and leadership to the firm’s growing practice areas. Cris joins the firm as Senior Managing Attorney and Partner in the Judicial Division. Cris has been practicing law since 2001, after receiving his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Toledo and his Juris Doctor from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Cris’ experience includes 20 years in mortgage default legal services and management including a diverse background in Litigation, Real Estate, Creditor’s Rights, and Bankruptcy. Lindsay joins the firm as the Foreclosure Managing Attorney and Partner in the newly formed Judicial Division of SSPC. Lindsay is a graduate of Salmon P. Chase College of Law, holds an MBA from Northern Kentucky University, She is also a licensed Title Insurance Agent in Ohio and Indiana.
