Our Community Resource Navigators provide: · Walk-in support services ?? · Emergency housing assistance for homeless veterans and families · Connection to permanent supportive housing · Links to vital community resources Plus, through our partnership with The Community Builders, our Supportive Housing Case Managers work daily to ensure housing stability for veterans in our community ?? No appointment needed - just stop by. We're here to serve those who served ? ?? Please note: SCAP will be closed Monday, November 11, in observance of Veterans Day.
