Exciting day on-site at Croft! I had the chance to fly a drone for the first time, and I’m officially hooked. Luckily, no mishaps on my first go—just some amazing views of the progress our team has been making. The Croft at Rosecott project is coming together beautifully, thanks to the dedication and hard work of our project team! Our Senior Superintendent, Kevin, shared with me some of the latest updates and Tyler, our Asst. Superintendent walked me through the site. -thanks, guys! With exterior work nearly complete, we're moving full speed ahead on interior tasks, including Levelrock underlayment, drywall, painting, and insulation. Next up, we’ll be tackling the parking lot and diving into interior finishes, such as cabinetry, flooring, countertops, appliances, and elevator installation. We're proud to say this project is on-time and on-budget—a testament to the team’s commitment and our partnership with the client. Great work, team!
