What an incredible morning at the 2024 Tampa Bay Heart Walk! ?? The Schaefer team came together at Raymond James Stadium this past Saturday to take down 3 miles together and support heart health awareness and education. The construction industry is disproportionately impacted by heart disease, and we're committed to making a difference—not just in the buildings we create but in the communities we’re a part of. We're proud to have joined others in walking toward a healthier future for all. A huge thank you to everyone who supported us—whether by donating, walking, or simply cheering us on. ??♀???We're just 4 days away from the Tampa Bay Heart Walk at Raymond James Stadium! Huge thanks to everyone who has already signed up, raised funds (special shoutout to Gary Lewis for an incredible job!), or donated! Together, we’ve raised over $3,200 so far – fantastic work, team! ?? Still want to get involved? There's time! You can sign up, donate, or just join us for our pre-walk tailgate. We’d love to see as many of you out there as possible, supporting a cause that deeply impacts our industry—and having some fun together while we’re at it! ?? Here are a few notes for the day: Wear RED! That should be easy for us at Schaefer ??. Let’s show our support loud and clear! Event starts at 7:30 AM – Tailgate opens at 7:00 AM and wraps up right before the walk kicks off! Walk starts at 9:00 AM and covers about 3 miles. Join the tailgate! We'll have the Schaefer Bronco and one of our trucks set up early. Please email Katie Smith at [email protected] with your headcount so we have enough treats and refreshments for everyone. All are welcome—friends, family, and even the pups! ?? Dog-friendly alert: While dogs can join the walk, they aren’t allowed on the field. If you’re excited to walk through the tunnel and be cheered on by the Swashbucklers, we’ll have volunteers to help dog-sit at the entrance.
