After 19 years, The Guitar Center Company is moving on up from its mostly underground space inside Atlantic Terminal Mall to The Paxton, a 43-story residential tower at 540 Fulton Street in Downtown Brooklyn. Guitar Center will be taking 19,289 SF on the ground floor of the residential building. “They’re going from mostly basement space to a brand-new rental unit in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn,” said long-time Guitar Center tenant representative, Bruce Shepard. “We’re very excited about it.” Congrats to Guitar Center on its upcoming location!
