With 16 years of experience in both Construction Superintendent and Construction Manager roles—including large-scale Department of Defense projects—Paul brings unmatched expertise in on-site management, safety protocols, preconstruction, and logistics. His meticulous approach to blueprint interpretation, record-keeping, and team communication ensures that every project runs smoothly from start to finish. Paul holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a minor in Science and a range of key industry certifications, including OSHA 30, ANSI heavy equipment and aerial platform safety, swing stage competent person/supervisor certification, and Red Cross advanced lifesaving and first aid. His dedication to safety and efficiency plays a critical role in maintaining SCBCG’s industry-leading standards. Outside of work, Paul enjoys helping his wife with their honey bee farm and using his fabrication skills to build chassis for race cars and motorcycles—a true testament to his hands-on expertise and craftsmanship! This state-of-the-art facility features a full-size gymnasium, classrooms, and an exterior design that truly reflects Covington Academy’s vibrant spirit. With the incorporation of school colors through vertical and horizontal panels, and the addition of metal fins to break the continuity of the panels, we’ve created a design that stands out both on game days and every other day. Facility Highlights: Gymnasium: 8,282 SF full-size space with collapsible seating for events beyond sports Classrooms: 7 dynamic learning spaces totaling 3,000 SF Locker Rooms: Home and away facilities for teams Concession Stand & Offices: Thoughtfully designed to enhance operations Maximum Occupancy: 1,003 people Situated atop a hill, this facility not only offers a stunning view but also highlights the school’s pride and presence in the community. We’ve already begun key phases of construction—retaining walls, new septic systems, a leveled building pad, a paved driveway, and stormwater and fire utilities are well underway.
