Position Overview As a Sales Specialist, you will be acting as the key point of contact for residential and commercial clients, answering inquiries, providing technical advice, designing systems and play a critical role in providing a world-class, consultative customer experience. In this role you will identify, enroll, and promote products and solutions that best meet the needs of our customers. Security industry experience is preferred, but willing to train the right candidates on our environment and culture, the industry and our security product offerings: security cameras, burglar/fire alarm hardware, access control, smart home solutions. Job Responsibilities · Curate relationships between new customers and the Scarsdale Security brand · Complete on site consultations and assessments · Architecting high-end solutions that best meet the customers’ needs · Rely on problem-solving acumen to analyze customer issues and recommend solutions · Thrive on sales abilities, troubleshooting and product knowledge for solutions that are best for customer · Continuous follow through with clientele ensuring customer satisfaction · Candidates will place a premium on response time and communication with clients and internal colleagues and possess a customer first mindset · Ability to work remotely and as a member of the team being an ambassador to the marketplace and our clientele across the region.
