Scarmazzi Homes held a company meeting at the Arc Human Services building in Canonsburg this week, featuring a delicious lunch from Chicco Baccello. The entire team got together to review key projections on finances, land development, construction, marketing, and more! It was a great opportunity for the team to come together and align on our shared mission - to create homes that support the lives our buyers want to live, without the stress and complexity that often accompanies the home buying process. When Paul crossed paths with Epcon Communities founders, Ed and Phil, he decided to leave his banking career to launch Scarmazzi Homes and join the Epcon network. Since becoming an Epcon Franchise Builder in 1999, Paul and his wife, Lisa, have built over 700 Epcon homes within 12 Epcon Communities throughout the Pittsburgh region.
