Last week, several Scarmazzi Homes leaders attended the 2024 Fast 50 Awards event presented by the Pittsburgh Business Times, where we were honored to be ranked as the 20th fastest growing company in the region! While growth is a remarkable achievement, our true goal is excellence. We extend our gratitude to our dedicated team and valued customers for their crucial roles in helping us pursue that goal. We're spotlighting our Franchise Builder, Paul S., Owner of Scarmazzi Homes! ???? When Paul crossed paths with Epcon Communities founders, Ed and Phil, he decided to leave his banking career to launch Scarmazzi Homes and join the Epcon network. Since becoming an Epcon Franchise Builder in 1999, Paul and his wife, Lisa, have built over 700 Epcon homes within 12 Epcon Communities throughout the Pittsburgh region. Meet Aaron, a valued member of our team. Aaron brings invaluable expertise to his role as a Project Manager, where he manages schedules and trade partners daily to bring your dream home to life! Beyond work, Aaron enjoys being outdoors, treasures quality time with loved ones, and fuels his passion for truck pulling on weekends. We’re lucky to have him on our team!

Meet Abe, our Purchasing Coordinator involved in the “behind the scenes" work to get our homes built from start to finish! He also assists with estimating, product development, and anything else he can help the company and production team with. Abe has been working in the construction industry (commercial and residential) for 10 years. He has been a part of the Scarmazzi Homes team for the past 2 years, which he says has been the highlight of his career. In his free time, you can catch him with his wife and 2 sons, out on the golf course, or in the garden!
