SCAN is looking for new instructors who share our passion of working with older adults. Are you an Instructor in the area of fitness, dance, music, the arts, technology, literature, or other unique areas? If you like working with the senior population and are an experienced instructor, please come to SCAN’s Instructor Open House on Thursday December 19, 10am – 2pm. Stop by and meet our staff, learn about SCAN and our nearly 500 senior members who come here all year long for programs, classes and workshops.? SCAN has enjoyed our multi-year association with the OT grad students of Monmouth University. The students have done an excellent job of facilitating the breakout sessions at our Brain Health Fair, and we appreciate them for their dedication and creativity. Andrea and Marybeth had the pleasure of attending the Doctoral Capstone Symposium and Award Ceremony yesterday, and ran into one of our favorite OT grads -- Joe Napolitano. The world can expect great things from Joe!
