We are so happy to be part of the DivcoWest team for their lab conversion in San Francisco. Scalora Consulting Group is providing owner’s project management services for the design, permitting, and construction of an office to lab conversion in partnership with Summit Construction Management . The project also includes base building upgrades to this six-story, LEED Gold office building located on the waterfront in San Francisco’s Mission Bay neighborhood, adjacent to UCSF’s flagship medical research campus in a leading life science cluster. Well-suited for lab and office with open 51,000-square-foot floorplates and over 14-foot floor-to-floor heights, the existing office building has been converted into an institutional-quality life science and biotech building delivering modern construction and design, sustainable systems, and expansive views.
