EVs were integral to this initiative, providing sustainable transportation solutions that reduce carbon emissions and promote environmental justice, aligning with our commitment to climate equity. As we embark on the first chapter of 2025, I reflect on the many blessings and milestones of this past year. ??? 2024 was a year of tremendous growth and opportunity! I had the privilege of traveling across the U.S. ??, attending 7 conferences and 2 convenings —speaking ??—and facilitating 12+ impactful workshops and trainings designed to inspire, lead, and empower. ???? Scales Consulting LLC welcomed 11 new clients, each collaboration bringing unique opportunities to drive transformative change. ???? On a personal note, I balanced the grind with moments that truly matter—spending spring break and warm summer days with my family ??????????????????????????????????, creating lifelong memories. To deepen my craft, I returned to the classroom ??, studying at Yale College of Business to sharpen my leadership development expertise. ?????? One of the most impactful lessons I carried this year came from Rich Paul's Lucky Me: 'Every success is built on the foundation of relationships. If you don’t value the people around you, you won’t go far.' ?? These words fueled every workshop, every client connection, and every personal milestone. 2024 proved that when you combine purpose, preparation, and strong relationships, the results are extraordinary. ??????
