After a whirlwind few weeks of visiting our NYC office and hiking in the Catskills for inspiration with Zlatan, hosting a fantastic team offsite in Croatia, and attending Expo Real in Munich, it’s a great moment to reflect on the momentum we’re building at Scaler. From day one, our data architecture and user experience were designed to scale globally, and now we’re seeing incredible traction across all regions. With teams in San Francisco, New York, London, Amsterdam, Bosnia, Sydney, and soon expanding to Milan, Barcelona, and Japan, the feedback from real estate managers worldwide has been overwhelmingly positive. I’m incredibly proud of our Client, Product, and Engineering teams for listening closely to this feedback and continuously improving our platform to meet the needs of professionals across these markets. ?? ?? This week, I had the pleasure of attending the 2nd annual day-long conference hosted by RELPI | Interests Aligned? and GRESB at Chelsea Market, NYC. Joined by my colleagues Matt Smith and Yetsuh Frank, we engaged with some of the industry’s leading institutional investors and fund managers to discuss best practices in sustainability and how we can accelerate positive change. A special shout-out to everyone who joined us for drinks after work last night! It was great to connect with so many like-minded professionals to talk about the sustainability data challenges facing our industry—and how Scaler is stepping up to address these head-ons with best-in-class solutions. Exciting times ahead!

Last week, (almost) all of the Scaler team met in Split, Croatia. With teams across Sydney, Amsterdam, Bosnia, New York and San Francisco, this was the first time we got to meet in person. And the trip was a great success! We forged much closer bonds as a team and got to reaffirm that we're a values- and mission-led company, passionate about building an amazing product and making a positive impact on the industry! Fun fact: The massive palace/fortress of the Roman Emperor Diocletian was built in Split at the end of the 3rd century AD and took about 10+ years to build.
