Over 70 (aspiring) female founders joined the event, representing different industries and technologies. We discussed the ins and outs of expansion with a panel consisting of a number of powerful and inspiring women, moderated by Yeni Joseph from TNW ?? ?? Camilla Scholten , co-founder of CustomerGauge ??Micky Chen, co-founder of Minite.works ??Maxime Lübbers, AI Ecosystem Lead at Techleap ??Kaoutar Ashour, Program Director at ScaleNL Want to know what they had to say? ?? We’ve got you covered with a recap with some of the key takeaways ?? ?The "Why" Behind Going Global: Camilla and Kaoutar Ashour highlighted international expansion as a way to access new markets, talent, and funding opportunities. Maxime emphasized that scaling can be a strategic growth driver for entrepreneurs in specific areas, including AI and Deeptech. ??Challenges & Learnings: Micky discussed the importance of navigating cultural differences in every aspect her founder journey. While not visible to the public, often lots of hard work and rejection hides behind a victory.
