Following an informal conference with OSHA regarding citations issued to the small business, Jim secured a reduction in severity on multiple charges and a decrease in the total penalty levied. Jim is a part of SBSB Eastham’s efforts in addressing a wide range of administrative matters, including OSHA affairs and charges of discrimination filed with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Texas Workforce Commission.
