Jeff Anderson, President and Co-Founder of ATEK Distribution, launched his business in 2018 after more than 24 years in electrical manufacturing and distribution. With support from SBA programs—including service-disabled veteran-owned contracting certification and SBA T.H.R.I.V.E.—ATEK has grown significantly, becoming a PRIME contractor with the federal government. Located in Minneapolis, ATEK specializes in made in America electrical solutions, focusing on customer service and community impact. Jeff credits his Marine Corps values of hard work and integrity as the foundation of ATEK’s success. The most rewarding part of business ownership? Supporting others – whether it be his own staff, or other businesses in the community. #VeteranOwned

The SBA Columbus District Office congrats the first Hispanic graduates Gissela Soto, Stefany Risner, Ydalma Abreu Raja and Instructor Gabriela Sanchez Loayza. The business owners successfully completed an intensive 6-month education program, SBA T.H.R.I.V.E., which, focused on existing businesses developing strategic growth plans! Special Thanks to Program Manager, Thalia Amador for her hard work! Through dedication and hard work, these entrepreneurs completed 8 learning modules, created a capstone project, delivered a final presentation, and attended 10 in-person class sessions. The commitment to growth and excellence is inspiring. Wishing you all continued success as you implement your strategies and take your businesses to the next level! ?? ??

THRIVE National Graduation, marking the culmination of an incredible journey for 67 cohorts across the country completing the 6-month SBA THRIVE program.
