This week, our company Tre's Street Kitchen had the privilege of hosting U.S. Small Business Administration's Aditi Dussault, SBA's Associate Administrator for the Office of Entrepreneurial Development (AA/OED),?and Anna Lucas, Director of the Office of Rural Affairs from the National Office in D.C., along with Marjorae Ball, Economic Development Specialist from the SBA Louisiana Office. We are grateful for their leadership and insights, and we are inspired by their commitment to support and visit small businesses like ours. We toured our campus café location at Baton Rouge Community College and shared how the SBA THRIVE program is helping us grow as a food service company driving success in two key profit centers: higher education campus dining and corporate catering.
