It’s not every day that the defense gets a directed verdict. It was an honor to tag team and try another case with Brian Patterson. We put up a fight to show how our client was innocent. There was ZERO evidence connecting our client to the incident at issue. And the Court agreed. After a 4-day trial and on the 3-month anniversary of Sbaity Law LLC’s formation, our client received a directed verdict and was found not guilty. Justice was served.
