Meet Olivia, an Expo/Host who has been with us for a little over two years! Her favorite part of working at Saz's is the chance to connect with all kinds of people and build great relationships with her coworkers. When Olivia isn't working, you can find her playing ultimate frisbee—a big reason why summer is her favorite season! Let Saz’s Catering do the cooking this Thanksgiving for you and your family. This November, Saz's State House is honored to partner with Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin in support of providing meals to children, adults, and seniors facing hunger in Milwaukee. Here is a little history about Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin, "Since 1982, Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin has been helping our neighbors in need; from our humble beginnings of a first donation of 600 pounds of apples to distributing more than 53 million pounds of food in a year during the pandemic, we are helping those who face hunger move forward. As the leading local hunger-relief organization in the state, we operate food banks in Milwaukee and Appleton to distribute food to nearly 400 pantries and meal programs across 35 eastern Wisconsin counties. Through our network of retailers, donors, volunteers, food pantries, and community supporters just like Saz’s State House and you, food has been getting into the hand of people who need it for nearly 40 years and, together, we are solving hunger." This month we have created two special menu items: Bourbon Turkey Thanksgiving Sandwich and the November Nectar. Every purchase of these items helps raise awareness and support for those struggling with food insecurity. Join us in making a difference-together, we can help put an end to food disparities.
