As a collaborative team, we captured the essence of their new office close to Union Square.?It is a sincere honor to build-out the new headquarters for NYC’s premier brokerage firm. ? At SavCon, we recognize that a welcoming reception area isn’t just a space—it’s the first impression that sets the tone for every client experience.?One of our guiding principles at SavCon is, 'Your Last Impression is the Lasting Impression.' This reflects our belief that the final details of a project are just as critical as the first, embodying the '80/20 rule'—because excellence is measured from start through completion. ? This space is both warm and inviting and offers a modern, minimalistic design and spans approximately 18,600 square feet.?We are proud of our project team for completing this project in just 15 weeks, a testament to our team’s commitment to efficiency and excellence. Detailed millwork throughout, most notably in the expansive pantry and cafeteria area A unique touch to this design was incorporating Stickbulb Treeline Fixtures crafted from fallen trees in NYC’s urban forest, giving this space an element of nature and history and focus on sustainability. We're excited to share a milestone for our SavCon Florida team with the completion of the Steelite International Showroom, situated at the prestigious "The Plaza at Coral Gables" in the Miami area. Coral Gables has become a central business district for international corporations. This spacious 7,000-square-foot area is located on the second floor has been meticulously transformed into a top-tier showroom that brilliantly showcases Steelite's elegant and innovative dinnerware and flatware collections, tailored for the international hospitality sector. With its high ceilings and carefully crafted design elements, the showroom offers a visually stunning environment that superbly highlights Steelite’s innovative products, creating an engaging experience for their clientele. This project is one of our first completed projects in our Florida portfolio and we are excited to add it to our portfolio.?We extend our heartfelt gratitude to JLL for trusting us with this dynamic project. This modern design integrates an open office layout with natural elements, all accomplished in just 15 weeks! ?? This project is part of a larger journey, as we’ve now completed 10 tenant spaces!?Zero Irving, located in Union Square, is a state-of-the-art, 21-story office building spanning approximately 268,560 sq. ft. ?? We Just wrapped up an incredible first 2-days of a 3 part series of Middle Management Leadership training with FMI and 20 of our next generation of leaders. This training has reinforced and deepened my belief that effective leadership is rooted in core principles and personal growth. True leadership involves not only guiding others but also constantly striving to understand yourself and others on a deeper level. This experience validates my belief that leading by example, showing empathy, and creating an environment for personal and professional development are key to cultivating a strong, motivated team. Leadership is about growth, both in ourselves and in those we lead. A true leader doesn’t just direct or manage—they lead by example, building strong relationships with their teams and actively fostering their growth. Leadership is about more than achieving business goals; it’s about empowering others to reach their full potential and guiding them along the way. True leadership requires going the extra mile—mentoring, motivating, and creating an environment where your team feels supported. It means being in the trenches with your team, showing them how it’s done, and caring deeply about their success, both professionally and personally. This experience reminded me that leadership is a continuous journey of growth, both for ourselves and those we lead.
