SavCon is eager to share another successful completion of a corporate fit-out project! ?? ?We delivered this 30,000 square foot project within a 16-week timeline. ? The project commenced with what we call, “a shotgun start”, moving swiftly from securing the contract on a Tuesday to conducting our first Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meeting by Thursday. Our initial setup included a comprehensive plan, a complete submittal registry, and a well-coordinated project team and subcontractors that understood the schedule demands. ??? The newly renovated space features state-of-the-art KI office front systems, specialty ceilings, and an innovative modern folding glass wall that retracts seamlessly into a bespoke millwork closet. One of the major challenges was managing frequent changes in lead times for materials. Our team and trade partners, maintained open communication to accurately track material delivery dates and adeptly adjusted work sequences to stay on schedule. This project required swift adaptability to accommodate scope changes and compress lead times, ensuring we met our ambitious deadline without compromising quality. Our proactive approach—embodied in our SavConcepts, 'NO NEWS IS BAD NEWS, BAD NEWS IS GOOD NEWS' —ensured that all parties were continuously informed and actively engaged, allowing us to anticipate and address challenges efficiently. ?? From fresh paint, removal of awnings to provide open lighting to the customers, and overall exterior modernization, every detail was approached with care and attention, as if it were our own business. We selected a group of employees who have shown exceptional #leadership qualities to participate in FMI's intensive training program. This training was over 3 months and allowed us to collaborate with one another. The experience has been transformative, offering deep dives into several core areas: World View vs. Individual Views: ?? Understanding how personal values and attitudes shape our perspectives. Emotional Intelligence: ?? Applying emotional intelligence strategies during conflicts and conversations to foster a constructive environment. Effective Communication: ??? In partnership with INC Architecture and Design, we recently completed Brown Harris Stevens NYC office!! As a collaborative team, we captured the essence of their new office close to Union Square.?It is a sincere honor to build-out the new headquarters for NYC’s premier brokerage firm. ? At SavCon, we recognize that a welcoming reception area isn’t just a space—it’s the first impression that sets the tone for every client experience.?One of our guiding principles at SavCon is, 'Your Last Impression is the Lasting Impression.' This reflects our belief that the final details of a project are just as critical as the first, embodying the '80/20 rule'—because excellence is measured from start through completion. ? This space is both warm and inviting and offers a modern, minimalistic design and spans approximately 18,600 square feet.?We are proud of our project team for completing this project in just 15 weeks, a testament to our team’s commitment to efficiency and excellence. Detailed millwork throughout, most notably in the expansive pantry and cafeteria area A unique touch to this design was incorporating Stickbulb Treeline Fixtures crafted from fallen trees in NYC’s urban forest, giving this space an element of nature and history and focus on sustainability. Project Completion: New Steelite America Showroom at The Plaza, Coral Gables ?? We're excited to share a milestone for our SavCon Florida team with the completion of the Steelite International Showroom, situated at the prestigious "The Plaza at Coral Gables" in the Miami area. Coral Gables has become a central business district for international corporations. This spacious 7,000-square-foot area is located on the second floor has been meticulously transformed into a top-tier showroom that brilliantly showcases Steelite's elegant and innovative dinnerware and flatware collections, tailored for the international hospitality sector. With its high ceilings and carefully crafted design elements, the showroom offers a visually stunning environment that superbly highlights Steelite’s innovative products, creating an engaging experience for their clientele. This project is one of our first completed projects in our Florida portfolio and we are excited to add it to our portfolio.?We extend our heartfelt gratitude to JLL for trusting us with this dynamic project.
