**Employee-Owner Spotlight – Stacy Gonzalez, PTA** Stacy is one of the amazing providers supporting our Work Hardening Program clients out of the St. Paul clinic and has been with Saunders since 2019. She received her AAS Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from Pima Medical Institute in Mesa, Arizona in 2014. Prior to joining Saunders, Stacy’s background included working in chronic pain, acute care, and specializing in spinal disorders. Stacy enjoys meeting new clients and discovering how she can best help each individual improve their quality of life and maximize their function. She believes that if clients have confidence in her, they can work together to develop a plan to meet their goals. In her free time, Stacy enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, cooking, and is always on board to check out the local food hot spot. #esop #saunderstherapycenters #physicaltherapy

**Employee-Owner Spotlight – Cole Burns, OTR/L** Cole has been with Saunders since 2019 as part of the amazing Industrial Rehabilitation Team, primarily supporting clients at the Bloomington clinic. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Northeastern Illinois University and then obtained his Master of Occupational Therapy degree at the University of New Mexico. Prior to joining Saunders, Cole had work experience in kitchens and restaurants, construction, writing tutoring, dispatching, customer service, and more. He has lived in multiple cities and has played music across the country as a touring musician. Cole’s life experiences bring a deep level of knowledge and empathy to his industrial rehabilitation and functional capacity evaluation clients. Outside of work Cole loves to spend time with his family, create and listen to music and podcasts, ski, snowboard, and play various competitive games and sports. #esop #saunderstherapycenters #occupationaltherapy

**Employee-Owner Spotlight – Kelly Severson** Kelly is one of our amazing front office administrators and has been with Saunders for over 20 years! She joined the team in 2002 and works primarily at the Bloomington clinic. Kelly is very knowledgeable about Saunders services and is a tremendous resource for clients. She is always there to help and lend her expertise with a smile, striving to make sure that every visit is a positive and welcoming experience. **Employee-Owner Spotlight - Ty Zajic, PTA** Ty has been with Saunders since 2006 and is part of the amazing Industrial Rehabilitation Team at our St. Paul clinic. He graduated from the Physical Therapist Assistant Program at Tulsa Community College in Oklahoma with an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree. He is also a personal trainer certified through NETA (National Exercise Trainers Association) and is very active in the fitness community. Ty is dedicated to supporting our clients as they work to achieve their optimal potential.
