New Jersey becomes the newest state to enact pay transparency.?As of June 1, 2025, New Jersey will require covered employers to disclose wage or salary information and a description of benefits in both internal and external job postings.?The law will also apply to job placement, referral agencies and other employment agencies as to existing job openings.
