S&P Joins Dallas College at Red River Hall Ribbon Cutting ? Satterfield & Pontikes Construction (S&P) proudly joined Dallas College Richland to cut the ribbon on the newly completed Red River Hall, a modern, two-story, 108,000-square-foot building dedicated to fostering educational opportunities for local high school students. This new addition to the Richland campus is designed to accommodate the Early College High School Education Partners Center, providing high school students with dual credit courses and an advanced learning environment tailored to their needs. ? Dr. Tiffany Kirksey, Vice Provost, Educational Partnerships at Dallas College spoke about the symbol that Red River Hall represents as the ongoing, daily commitment to student education and support at Dallas College. “Here in this building we’ll be able to continue to expand the impact that students can have and create space for them to grow and thrive.” She continued, “We know that having this early access point to higher education changes the trajectory of their lives.” ? The newly constructed Red River Hall features a variety of facilities, including additional classrooms, administrative offices, and computer labs. A 4,000-square-foot conference space, a coffee shop, and a cafeteria are also part of the new building, creating a well-rounded, supportive environment for dual credit students. ? "We’re thrilled to see Red River Hall come to life as a space that will support students in reaching their educational goals," said Jason Haralson, S&P Senior Vice President, Dallas. “We are committed to building facilities that enrich our community and support Dallas College’s mission to make college accessible for all." ? The successful completion of Red River Hall was made possible through close collaboration with Corgan, Turner & Townsend Heery, and RAM Contracting, S&P’s joint venture partner on this project. Together, the team has delivered a vibrant, functional, and welcoming building that will serve as a cornerstone of the Dallas College Richland campus for years to come.
