    GTM wisdom for early stage entrepreneurs? Look no further! Yesterday I had the honor to pick the brains of Central Florida experts who are serial entrepreneurs and consultants in this space. Here are a few top takeaways from the conversation: ? Founders - Be the chief sales officer! If you aren't comfortable, skill up to talk directly to your potential customers and do the work yourself. No one knows the vision better than you. ? Invest in the power of the Customer Voice! While customers don't always know what they need, they can articulate the problem. Investing heavily on market research and in focus groups early, is helpful for early pivots and to trim the time to PMF. ? Find the NO! On product, pricing, services, features, all of it. Get your reps in to distill quickly. ? Work backwards from Series A. Talk prolifically to investors, stating that you aren't ready, but you want to understand and build to what metrics would be appealing. ? Tell your story along the way - consistently. To your prospects...to your brand ambassadors...to your potential investors!     Do you need a genius? Okay, I'm tooting my own horn here, but seriously... some of the ideas people bring to me are wild. Every time I think, "No way," I somehow figure it out. I've gotten pretty darn good at breaking down complex concepts, connecting them to business models, and designing products or systems. And get this—I actually code for fun! One time, during a hurricane evacuation, I switched our entire family's phone plan just to get Wi-Fi and finish a project. Yeah, I'm that dedicated. Over the years, my team and I have built over 100 tech products and solutions. We've been at it for a decade, serving 60+ companies. And we're not stopping anytime soon! But here's the thing—with AI, no-code solutions, and offshore resources, this year has been tough. Many providers offer cheap, transactional relationships that don't really move the needle. So why am I asking if anyone needs a genius? Well, in recent meetings, I've noticed companies aren't getting the results they expected. They're looking for someone who knows their stuff, can hold resources accountable, and pick the right tools. But they don't need a full-time person. That's why I've pivoted to being a Fractional CTO. We've teamed up with AI experts and nearshore developers and even launched a government procurement arm. Heck, we're even working on space-related AI solutions!
