As we celebrate the 2025 Women in Construction Week we would like to highlight one of the outstanding woman leaders at Sargent. Meghan joined Sargent in 2023 as a field apprentice while completing her Southern Maine Electrical Program. Her dedication and attention to detail quickly set her apart, leading her to transition into estimating and now excelling as an Assistant Project Manager out of our New England office. From hands-on fieldwork to managing high-profile projects like the UMaine GEM project, Meghan continues to make a significant impact in preconstruction. She credits her success to her team’s support, a strong motivation to learn, and a keen focus on detail—key skills that drive her in the industry. Excited about the future, Meghan looks forward to innovations in sustainable construction and smart building technology, helping shape the future of electrical work. Baseball season is right around the corner, and Sargent is stepping up to the plate at Penn State’s Medlar Field. We recently upgraded the Verizon wireless site on the newly updated baseball scoreboard, enhancing network capabilities.
