Last Thursday, our team joined forces with?Rebuilding Together Peninsula?at the beautiful?Hidden Villa?for our Annual Fall Day of Service. Together, we helped support their?Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)?program, contributing to a great cause that provides fresh produce to local families in need. From weeding and seeding to general landscaping, it was a rewarding experience working in the farm fields, knowing our efforts will help grow healthy and organic food for the community. We’re proud to be part of a company that emphasizes giving back to our local communities.???????

Last week, we proudly celebrated the grand opening of Cityline, a transformative, nine-year project that’s reshaped downtown Sunnyvale into a vibrant, mixed-use development at the heart of Silicon Valley! The celebration at Redwood Square, the city’s exciting new gathering place, included Sunnyvale Mayor Larry Klein, City Council members, civic leaders, residents, and representatives of the development team that’s made creating 36 acres south of historic Murphy Avenue in Sunnyvale, their passion for nearly a decade. We’re overjoyed to unveil Redwood Square, The Martin, and Washington Offices – the culmination of years of hard work, vision, and collaboration! The Kelsey Ayer Station is a partnership between Sares Regis, Devine and Gong, Inc., and The Kelsey, a non-profit organization committed to pioneering disability-forward housing that creates opportunities for everyone – the 115-unit affordable housing community is a new model for income-inclusive housing where people with disabilities don’t just live but also thrive. ? Our very own Drew Hudacek, CIO and managing partner, was recently interviewed by Asia Martin of the Silicon Valley Business Journal about his thoughts on office space demand and commercial real estate trends. He spoke optimistically about the future of the office market and explained one of our core beliefs at Sares Regis: it’s all about location, location, location. Ideal real estate for the ground-up developer would be places in the downtown area that are next to transportation, restaurants, bars and services.
