Exciting News from Saraya USA CoPacking! We’re proud to announce that our facility is now Certified Gluten-Free by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization. We’ve been manufacturing sweeteners, as well as gluten-free baking and muffin mixes for Lakanto, a leader in healthy, delicious products. Now we're producing their officially certified gluten free Baking and Muffin Mix products. This GFCO certification represents a major step in our commitment to producing safe, high-quality products that meet the growing demand for gluten-free options. Achieving this certification was a team effort, and we want to extend a huge thank you and shout out to Mofan Sanderson, head of our Quality Control department, as well as her team members Clara Henriquez, Serena Garcia, Sushmita Karki, others like Madison Lindley, Anna Alandia, and to our Quality Assurance, Operations, and Manufacturing teams for their relentless dedication. Currently we have 3 completely separate rooms to keep products and ingredients completely separate to ensure quality, no mixing of any allergens, or anything of the like. The three rooms that we currently have are: - Room # 1 - Non-Allergen Bulk - Room # 2 - Non-Allergen Mixes - Room # 3 - Allergen Mixes To talk about one of our three rooms, the Non-Allergen Bulk room. This premier bulk powder production zone is highlighted by two PACRAFT filling machines, capable of each filling 80 pouches of powder in a variety of sizes per minute. A large number of quality check measures are in place to ensure each bag meets yours, and your customers, desires. The contaminant free area is specifically designed to ensure the ability to meet a large number of dietary specifications in order to meet the needs of all.
