We are in the process of recruiting control participants (individuals not undergoing the intervention) and would love your help! To participate you cannot fall under any of the following categories: - Have been diagnosed or treated for a non-skin-related cancer within the last five years. - Have previously participated in The SWW Method?. - Have been a previous client of Sarah Wragge Wellness?. - Take a semi-glutide. - Take any diabetes or blood-sugar lowering medication. - Take any medication for weight loss.
