An interim final rule was issued last Friday by FinCEN stating that all entities created in the United States — including those previously known as “domestic reporting companies” — and their beneficial owners are now exempt from the requirement to report Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) to FinCEN under the Corporate Transparency Act. ?? Chill Out Day Celebration Recap! ?? With our first tax deadline behind us, we took a moment to relax and enjoy our annual Chill Out Day! This year, we kicked things off with a delicious breakfast from Helen's Sausage House. We had a blast playing a rebus puzzle game "Decode This," where Kevin Gobeil was the winner with 16 out of 18 correct answers. For lunch, we enjoyed a fantastic meal from Big Fish Grill. The fun continued with a game of tic tac toe flip cup, and Katie Shiflet claimed the grand prize after working her way through the rounds. To top it all off, we were treated to in-office massages courtesy of Tara Black of Integrative Mobile Massage Therapy. What a great way to unwind and celebrate our hard work!
