You’ve probably heard of appendicitis… but there are several other possible causes of severe abdominal pain, like a gallbladder attack, bowel blockage, even a heart attack can cause pain in your abdomen. While many causes of stomach pain are minor and will pass - like gas, menstrual cramps, indigestion.
