Prairie Star is located in an old adobe home constructed in the 1920's on land acquired under the Homestead Act. Under the direction of architect August A. Nuener, the home was considerably enlarged and remodeled. In 1986, the home was converted into Prairie Star Restaurant. During the conversion, great attention was paid to preserve the original features of the home that make it an excellent and historic expression of New Mexico Mission style architecture. Prairie Star is a casual fine dining restaurant located on the Santa Ana Golf Club, Santa Ana Pueblo. Prairie Star is known for its stellar wine selection, a 32 handle cruvinet and spectacular views. Our facility is a popular outdoor wedding location.
