关于我们
Lisa Greenbaum Yoga + Wellness is now Sangha Yoga Collective. Our trainings are for anyone searching to deepen their Yoga practice and education. For those looking for an inspirational experience founded on authenticity. For those yearning to find community, acceptance and a deeper connection to SELF. With an emphasis on trauma-informed practices and practices to support our mental well-being, these training modules are for anyone searching for something different than is often offered in a westernized Yoga education. Your Yoga journey is an evolution, a revolution. A revolt against the status quo, the ego mind, the living blindly – or more specifically living in ignorance. We are not here to change ourselves, but rather to come back home. To come back to our Self. We are whole as we are already. Your Yoga journey is to build knowledge. How it will imprint on you will be different than anyone else because this knowledge is fluid, it relies on our own experience in the world, in our hearts and in our minds. It is also impossible to go through this experience without changing because we are also fluid and vibrational. Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certificate Program consists of FIVE modules. All modules, except Yoga Teaching Skills (which must be taken last) can be taken in any order and at your own pace. Yoga Foundations: History and Philosophy of Yoga Yoga in Practice: Biomechanics of Movement and Pose Breakdown Yoga Energy Body: Exploring the Chakras, Pranayama and Meditation Yoga for Wellness: Trauma-Informed Certificate, Yoga for Mental Wellness Yoga Teaching Skills: Sequencing, Cueing and Business Skills Our 200-hr YTT program is certified under the newly revised credentialing with Yoga Alliance. Earn Yoga Alliance +/or canfitpro CECs on all modules 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program to launch Fall 2023. For more info email: [email protected] Follow us on Instagram @sangha.yoga.collective

I had so much fun chatting with the amazing Maureen (Mo) Hagan on her podcast, A Mo'ment with Mo - about all things Yoga, and our mission and vision at Sangha Yoga Collective. Hope you get a chance to listen... On this episode of A Mo’ment with Mo, Lisa Greenbaum, Founder of Sangha Yoga Collective, joins Mo to dive deep into the practice of yoga as a practice for living. Lisa Greenbaum is a certified Yoga Therapist, a fitness and Yoga teacher of 22+ years and is the founder of Sangha Yoga Collective, a trauma-informed Yoga education school, with a philosophy first focus. Lisa has a strong passion for fitness, yoga and movement. She has worked with countless individuals, including her own personal practice, using Yoga based practices to release stored trauma from the body, finding ease from chronic pain and tension and a deeper connection to Self. Lisa spent 8 years as Director of an International Yoga School before setting out on her own with the mission to honour Yogic culture, and once again bring Yoga philosophy and meditation forward as an imperative part of our Yoga practice and teachings. We know that Yoga is for EVERYONE! All people of all colours, shapes and sizes, of all religions and cultures, of all abilities both physical and mental – EVERYBODY.
