From building one of the first fixed-wing air ambulances, which helped save premature babies, to inventing a medical device that provides a life-saving option for vascular patients, innovating is part of Sanford Health’s DNA. Helps employees develop their ideas for efficiencies, improved safety or solutions to problems. ? Evaluates external partnerships. ? Analyzes existing and new business developments. ? Offers guidance on how to navigate the Food and Drug Administration approval process. ? Runs idea-generation challenges using crowdsourcing.
