This month Sandy Spring Bank hosted its Women’s Leadership Awards Breakfast. Part of the Women’s Leadership Conference, this event celebrates the achievements of women leaders in the organization and allies who support the advancement of women. SSB leaders Jen Schell, Marketing Division Executive, Ronda McDowell, Chief Operations Officer, and Lynne Pulford, Executive Vice President of the Consumer Banking Group, led a spirited discussion with attendees about challenges and opportunities women face in the workplace. Attendees were also thrilled to be joined by Atlantic Union Bank President Maria Tedesco and Chief Human Resources Officer Clare Miller.
