The time has come. Resurrecting 4 releases from 2001-2002 comes the:enclitic - surgery for those who can’t admit to their disease. The album is a collection of “the 7””, the demo, self titled and the split with between two thieves, totaling 22 tracks of pure emotional violence and chaos. FFO: orchid, daughters, as the sun sets, pg99, eyes.like.autumn, Jerome’s dream…. You get the idea. We are doing two color variants totaling 300 units. 200 on bloody smoke and 100 on “aliens doing mushrooms and then they did spin art with all the crayons”. There will also be 300 jewel case CDs with a 3 panel insert. Two different shirt options and bundle will be available. You know I gotta bring back the test press giveaway too. Today is the release of SOTR021 Bane - Hangman ep /IND Demo. All proceeds will be donated to St Jude's Children's Hospital.

This Friday at noon east coast time we are releasing SOTR021, Bane - Hangman ep /IND Demo. This one is super cool because it really is a release that was unearthed from the sands of time. A few years ago, I found the Hangman 7" on eBay and thought I had discovered a Bane(MA) recording I'd never heard of before. It turns out that it was a completely different hardcore band by the same name from Lockport, NY. Fast forward to a few months ago, I pulled it out to listen to it and decided to see if anyone knew anything about the guys in the band. Together with my team of internet sleuths, we tracked down the original members and got the blessing to rerelease the ep. They also showed me another demo that they put out in Y2K under the name IND (for obvious reasons). This project has been a work of love for both art and music. The tapes will be packaged in hand numbered, hand cut, screen printed maltase cross cases, and limited to 25. I drove myself to the brink of insanity on this project with the universe trying to stop it at every step. But you can't keep someone from achieving their goals if they have determination, sunk costs and nothing better to do. I'm extremely proud of how these turned out and can't wait to share this piece of hardcore history with the community.
