We're extremely proud to announce that we have completed our initial SOC 2 Type II audit. This marks the completion of one of our first major initiatives, and after nearly a year of planning, we couldn't be more excited about building our platform on a stable, secure foundation. To mark this achievement, we spoke to Dr. Christine Izuakor of Cyber Pop-up and Bill Dixon of VioletX to get their thoughts on why the human element of cybersecurity is so critically important, as well as diving into detail about the relevance of SOC 2 in driving trust with clients and partners. We feel our platform provides Risk Management as a Service, and enables our members to devote more time to preserving and growing their liquid capital. Thank you to the teams at Vanta, VioletX, and Johanson Group LLP for partnering with us on this effort, and to our dedicated team of engineers, who have fully bought in to building an innovative, security-first platform.

We're excited to have launched our new page on Simple, which provides its network with a curated directory of solutions providers. Simple reaches thousands of advisors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals through its thought leadership, off-site content in publications like Forbes, and their annual research published on a broad set of topics important to their community. Through our relationship with Simple, we'll be able to reach more families with our innovative liquidity management tools that help our members save time, control spending, and preserve wealth.

The latest iteration of Basel III will change how large banks fund themselves, with downstream impacts on consumers and businesses that will create opportunities for regional banks, private credit, and fintech.

The most rewarding part of building Sandbox is meeting incredibly talented people daily who help shape this vision into a reality. With our new website and refreshed branding, we showcase their efforts. Our updated storefront is bright, clean, and polished. Under the hood, it positions us for our upcoming public beta, enabling visitors to easily sign up for access. The content details our platform's benefits and how we help manage liquidity on both sides of the balance sheet.
