On July 6, intruders forced into our?Micro Market Spaces?program location in Old Oakland and stole thousands in important equipment and our POS that were provided by Square. This space has been home to helping local artist and merchants grow their businesses from scratch and create a sustainable livelihood. We have done this work against many opposing winds and forces. Now due to this setback, we must gain additional support to recover and continue this very necessary work. For the first time in their storied history, Pixar Animation Studios opened its studio to display Artwork from a non-Pixar film. I’m proud to announce that THROUGHLINE Art Exprience will be displayed at Pixar’s HQ in celebration of #InternationalWomensDay & Women’s History Month. We created THROUGHLINE to serve as a reminder that our greatest work is anchored in community.
