We were delighted to host an engaging session on “Navigating Sanctions Screening in Today’s Complex Regulatory Landscape”, attendees across #ASEAN, exploring one of the pressing topics for compliance professionals: #Sanctions Screening and #ExportControl. Here are the key insights from the event: Saskia Rietbroek, CSS and Ram Sivabalan shed light on the increasingly complex sanctions environment in ASEAN, shaped by evolving global regulations and enforcement actions. They highlighted the growing scrutiny on non-Financial Services (non-FS) sectors, emphasizing the need for compliance with export controls, supply chain transparency, and third-party screening requirements.
