November was truly a month filled with meaningful moments! ??? The annual Turkey Giveaway and Resource Fair, led by Community Wraparound, allowed us at SYHealth to partner and bring attention to Diabetes Awareness Month. Over 1,000 turkeys were given out to families in Southeast San Diego, providing essential resources and support. This event also marked our first hosted event at the Jacobs Center since we acquired it in September. As we prepare the ground floor for our Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) and a new Urgent Care clinic, we are excited to expand our services in a community that has so much love and care for each other.
