The San Diego Federal Bar Foundation Golf and Pickleball Tournament is proud to support the Thrive program. The Thrive program is a part of the National Conflict Resolution Center’s (NCRC’s) prevent the pipeline-to-prison initiative. This program works with program partners, community stakeholders, and families to create opportunities for youth who are transitioning out of NCRC’s Juvenile Diversion Initiative to continue engagement with the restorative process, including mentorship, counseling, community service opportunities, after-school programming, and job readiness training with the goal to ensure the participants continue prosocial activities, receive support for their strengths from community partners/resources and prepare for gainful employment.
