With Judge Dembin returning to the bench to preside, courtroom 2C will transform into a Goldilocks & The Fancy Bears fairytale trial. Following a nation state attack, infamous CISO Matt Stamper, CIPP/US, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CDPSE, QTE will testify in a civil trial brought by the legendary Tim Blood alleging CCPA “reasonable security” violations in a consumer class action. Justine Phillips will defend Matt’s exceedingly reasonable actions taken as CISO both before and after the incident. Nicholas Arico will take the stand as a retired FBI agent and cyber expert to explain who Fancy Bear is and nation state attacks. We hope to see you there!
