We’re looking for a dynamic, strategic sales professional to drive our growth in one of the world’s top biotech hubs. About the Role: As our Boston-based Account Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of Sampled’s mission to empower biotech, pharmaceutical, and life sciences clients. Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, you’ll own client relationships, build and manage a sales pipeline, and be instrumental in meeting revenue targets. What You’ll Do: Develop and execute a sales growth plan across the Boston territory Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients in biotech, pharma, academic, and adjacent markets Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions, proposals, and projects Attend key industry events, collaborate with our Scientific Solutions team, and be a key voice for Sampled’s growth strategy What We’re Looking For: 3-5 years relevant experience A Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred) in Life Sciences or related fields Proven track record in biotech or scientific services sales with knowledge of the full drug discovery pipeline Strong account management, project management, and CRM skills (HubSpot experience a plus) An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for relationship-building, business development, and client satisfaction If you’re a driven professional ready to make a big impact in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you! ??
