Spent a productive morning at the MyMAHIR Future Skills Talent Council (FSTC) ICT Sector workshop, engaging with fellow ICT business leaders. Learned a lot about the specific talent requirements in key industry verticals, including AI development, mobile applications, extended reality (XR), and the Internet of Things (IoT). It was great to brainstorm with veterans in these fields Anwar Ishak Ts. Tan Aik Keong (AK) Tien-Soon Law Sabruddin Idris and identify the talent gaps our nation faces, especially in these fast-evolving sectors. Discussions like these are crucial as we work towards driving Malaysia's talent strategy, aimed at nurturing, attracting, and retaining the right expertise to spur economic growth.
