Our friends at Clear Path for Veterans New England are urgently seeking 150 turkeys and critical holiday items like cranberry sauce, instant potatoes, and stuffing to fill Thanksgiving food boxes for Veterans’ families. Gift cards to local grocery stores are also incredibly helpful! If you are able, please bring donations between 8am and 4pm to Clear Path for Veterans at 84 Antietam St. in Devens, MA - or call (978) 384-8800 to arrange a different time. Every item counts! Last weekend, in honor of Veterans Day, the SAME Boston Post supported and co-sponsored the Clear Path for Veterans New England Journey Home Road Race at Devens, Massachusetts. Clear Path for Veterans New England is a nonprofit organization established in 2017 to create a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for Veterans to seamlessly integrate into their communities. Each year around Veterans Day, they gather at Devens and toe the line in support of our Veterans and First-Responders to run or walk a beautiful 5k/10k course and honor the bravest among us! This year, we’ll be gathering in the beautiful Red Wing of the Museum of Science in Boston. The Atrium and Planetarium Foyer offer a beautiful backdrop for networking with friends, colleagues, and new faces from across the energy and environmental industries.
