Samara Family Services

Samara Family Services provides family coaching, education, skill development, advocacy, care coordination and peer support for parents with teens experiencing simple to complex issues. We work in tandem with a student's school counselor or therapist to support work at home with practice and skill building to bring about real change. Using tools from leading evidence-based approaches such as dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), we help adolescents develop motivation, self-regulation, and decision-making, and support families in developing more effective communication skills.
