Our purpose is to rehumanize the workplace so people can bring their best selves to work - and home - each day. We are a certified woman-owned, award-winning consulting firm founded in 2015. We help companies navigate cultural and operational change that emerges due to things like market disruption, new technology or leadership transitions that require some sort of cultural transformation in order to have high performance. We have devised a way to upskill leaders and align their teams that connects the human intellect, motivation and behaviors by helping leaders learn how to do people-first focused change. Our approach produces outstanding results. Just one of our clients said that, where they were financially flat from 2010 through 2018 with some struggling locations, since 2018 (when their culture journey with us started), they have experienced steady financial growth with 2 record years – even during Covid – and no longer any struggling locations. Most strategy and change initiatives fall apart at the human level because they’re not caring for how people are wired and behave in the face of disruption. We focus on SUSTAINABLE transformation and change by taking an unparalleled, comprehensive approach that includes scientific-based development to upskill people to better navigate a disruptive environment and the wrap-around / supporting systems that are critical to having a consistent experience of the culture and help change stick.     Being deliberate about breaks elevates your effectiveness! ?? Have you ever wondered why some of the most well-known, successful companies - and leaders - have intentional practices around play and rest? We all know that we aren't meant to go nonstop; yet why do so many of us still do it? We can see rest as taking a foot off the gas pedal ?; then we end up not taking a break until we are on the edge of exhaustion. According to Adam Grant, we need to recognize that rest is also a supply for fuel and has tremendous benefits, including: ? Helps us Sustain Harmonious Passion; even micro breaks of 5 or 10 minutes are enough to reduce fatigue and raise our energy. And when we continuously push, we can end up reducing the enjoyment we once had. ? Unlocks Fresh ideas; taking breaks unlocks new ideas. ?
