Our Echelon Cleveland members had the pleasure of touring the Harbor Light Complex with Executive Director Beau Hill on Saturday. Harbor Light's programs are a shining example of The Salvation Army | Greater Cleveland's positive impact on our community. Their drug treatment services are particularly impressive, helping nearly 75% of clients progress to the next level of care, compared to the national average of 50%. The P.A.S.S. program is also remarkable, assisting men in securing permanent housing and jobs, often for the first time, thus preventing homelessness. Additionally, the Zelma George Family Shelter provides crucial support for women and children transitioning from difficult living situations, helping them achieve stable housing within the community. During our visit, we had the privilege of meeting many individuals whose lives have been transformed by the dedication and compassion of The Salvation Army and Beau Hill's team. A proud Kent State graduate and Training & Development Manager at Group Management Services, Alyse is passionate about coaching and mentoring emerging professionals.
