Our thoughts are with those impacted by Hurricane Milton.?? We are open and continue to support the mental wellbeing of our community. We are fortunate to share that all facilities have minimal to no damage and campuses are operational. Evacuated patients are returning to their original programs, and we will begin outpatient operations on Monday, October 14 at the Evans Campus. Before, during and after Hurricanes Helene and Milton, many people in our community have experienced stress, anxiety, grief and other forms of physical and mental distress. To help our community cope and navigate the aftermath of the storm, we are sharing some reminders for you and your loved ones. Remember, we are always here for you. In response to Hurricane Milton, SalusCare’s administrative offices, outpatient services, community-based and MAT programs will be closed Tuesday, Oct. 8 – Friday, Oct. 11. Inpatient programs including crisis stabilization and detoxification will remain operational during Hurricane Milton and patients will not be displaced. Normal operations are expected to resume Monday, Oct. 14. Please follow all evacuation and preparedness plans, and in case of emergency call 239.275.4242 or dial 911. Out of an abundance of caution for incoming Hurricane Helene, we’ve made the decision to close some of our programs for the safety of our patients and staff. On Thursday, 9/26 the following programs will be CLOSED: - Outpatient programs - Medicated Assisted Treatment (MAT) - Community based programs The following programs will continue normal operation: - Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) - Detoxification Unit - Residential programs All normal operations will resume on Friday, 9/27 unless otherwise noted.
