Liz Mellem is a Director, Vice President, and Shareholder at Parsons Behle & Latimer with over 14 years of experience in litigation and investigations. She holds a J.D. from the University of Utah and specializes in conducting neutral investigations into internal claims of harassment, discrimination, and ethical violations, as well as defending clients against such claims. Liz also provides employment practices training, handbook review and revision, and defends clients in employment-related claims. In addition to her employment law expertise, Liz represents clients in general commercial litigation, including breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation, and ownership disputes. Known for her passion for creating innovative business solutions, Liz is dedicated to advocating for her clients' interests both in and out of court. She serves clients in Utah and Montana and is actively involved in the local running and biking communities in Missoula. ????♀?????♀?
